The rules of engagement for working with us.

1. Acceptance
By using brainrecon.com or engaging Brain Recon for services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or the services.
2. Services
Brain Recon provides AI audits, implementation projects, and ongoing AI-Ops retainers. The exact scope, deliverables, and fees for each engagement are defined in a written statement of work (SOW) or order form signed by both parties. Those signed documents control if they conflict with anything on this website.
3. Fees and payment
Pricing shown on the site is indicative. Final fees are set in the SOW. Invoices are due on the schedule stated in the SOW; retainers are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
4. Intellectual property
Deliverables produced specifically for you are yours to use inside your business. Our underlying frameworks, templates, scoring models, and pre-existing methods remain the property of Brain Recon.
5. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care and use it only to perform the engagement. Mutual NDAs are available on request.
6. Warranties and disclaimers
We deliver services with the care and skill you'd expect from an experienced AI partner. Beyond that, the website and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI results and ROI estimates are inherently probabilistic — we do not guarantee specific business outcomes.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brain Recon's total liability for any claim related to an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
